What payment method is accepted?
We currently accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfer, money orders, cashier checks and Paypal.

Can I place my order by phone or e mail?
Though we will accept an order by phone, our preference is that you place your order on our website.
What size should I buy?
You can view our jacket and coat size chart for approximate sizing of all our overwear. They may vary
slightly in sizing from style to style.
Do you have a gift card program?
Yes, we have a nice variety of choices of gift cards. They are great presents to show someone you
care about them. Please refer to the gift cards page for our protocol on these opportunities.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Currently, only New Jersey residents are responsible for sales tax.
How Do You Ship Your Orders?
Most of the time products are shipped via FedEx or UPS. In some cases, orders are shipped via USPS and
freight is added. The item(s) is not gift wrapped before it is sent.
What does preorder mean?
These items are not in stock yet and are available to preorder. This means you can place your order and
we will ship these items to you as soon they are available. We will not charge you until we prepare it to be shipped.
What if my item is out of stock?
Although we make every effort to offer products that are in stock, we may get out of stock on certain items from time to time. In such case, you will be notified by e-mails or phone and we will ship the portion of your order that is in stock. The items that are not in stock will be cancelled from your order and you will not be charged for those items. However, please check back since the item will probably come back in stock at a later date.
I am not a resident of the United States, can I still order from YourChoiceofJackets.com?
Currently, we only accept orders from residents of the USA. Currently, we ship to USA locations only.
What is your return policy?
No goods may be returned without prior authorization. A restocking 20% fee may apply. We will only accept defective items which are usually not sent.
How long does it usually take to receive my order?
We make every effort to ship orders within 3-7 business days of receipt. During the holidays, our processing may increase due to shipping service backups.
If I want to make an exchange who pays for the shipping and handling?
If you want to make an exchange you pay for shipping and handling.
How should I care for my items?
